will be passed on to the customer. Advertisers agree to make reasonable efforts to ensure proper
customer satisfaction and loyalty to them and this site. A bulletin board may be added to this site for
customers to rate their experiences and satisfaction with purchases that they have made.
In the event of excessive customer dissatisfaction that is not resolved, the advertiser's link and
advertisement will be removed from the site.
